1) International Airmail

International orders are sent airmail insured post to your door (Post Office Boxes OK). Shop prices include the delivery. Make sure that if you are in the USA that you use the USA shop because all prices shown include AIRMAIL INSURED POSTAL DELIVERY.

USA Shop
Prices in US dollars and includes airmail insured post to your door or Post Office Box.
ALLOW 5-7 DAYS - please don't worry if it takes a few extra days as the increased security checks in the USA will sometimes add a couple of extra days to the delivery time. Our promise is that we will send it out the same working day we receive the order.

British UK Shop
Prices in GBP Sterling and includes all airmail insured postage to your door.
Often times it only takes 5 days to the UK but please ALLOW 7-10 DAYS. Our promise is that we will send it out the same working day we receive the order.

Europe & Ireland Shop
Prices in Euros and include airmail insured post to your door.
ALLOW 7-21 DAYS depending on country and time of year (France is slowest, Ireland fastest, Italy is hit and miss). We will send out your order the same day that we receive it.

Canada, East Asia & Japan
Please use the USA Shop for US$ price which will include airmail insured postage to your door.
If necessary, use the currency converter to see what the cost will be in Yen or other. It usually takes one week or less to Japan. 7-10 days to Canada (Canada Post is slow and two weeks is not uncommon). Our promise is to send out your order the same working day that we receive it.

Australia
Prices in Australian dollars and include airmail insured postage to your door.
Allow 3-5 days.

Rest of World
Please Use New Zealand Shop and we WILL ADD THE POSTAGE.

*Pricing fluctuations: Prices will in most cases be a few cents less than expected because of exchange rate fluctuations, but your credit card statement will show the total amount in your currency. We try to keep it as close to the original amount listed as possible. It may go over, but if this happens, please let us know so we can credit your account. Don't worry, it isn't intentional, it is only a daily currency change and can go either way.

*Customs duty and sales tax: It very rarely happens because we strive to keep the packages small in size and use mostly recycled boxes, but if your parcel is stopped by your country's customs and they wish for you to pay a duty or sales tax, please understand that we cannot be responsible for random bad luck. However, we would like to know about it so we can learn and be better prepared. We are against obstacles to free trade so please understand that in the few cases where this has happened, it has been outside of our control.

2) New Zealand Courier

New Zealand Shop - New Zealand residents
Orders sent by courier. Most orders will be received the next day or within two days at the most.
Rural delivery customers should allow 2-3 days.
$6 courier fee maximum cost for your entire order.

3) International Express Courier - no longer an option

We have had too many problems with international couriers taking longer than the promised time to deliver. This is because all courier parcels are inspected by customs leading to delays. We don't want to disappoint our customers; therefore we are no longer offering this service. Airmail post is best - it's insured, guaranteed and cost effective.

Returns & Refunds

All goods are guaranteed 100%. If you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply return the goods to us in original condition within 12 months, and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund you by crediting your card or by sending you a cheque. Please email us or call us first to obtain your returns reference code so that we can give you all the details you need to ensure we process your return or refund correctly.

Refunds are made less courier or postal charges - if we have made an error or caused a problem, we will pay for the return postage. You can email us anytime at miranda@nznature.co.nz or call one of the free phone numbers below.

Warranty & Guarantee

Guarantee: Returns, Exchanges, Refunds: We try to do the right thing and give the benefit of doubt in all instances. It is our goal to exceed your expectations. If you are not happy with any of our products, simply return it to us within 12 months of order date and we'll promptly exchange it or issue a refund, whichever you prefer (unless of course the product has already been in daily use without problems, or has been subjected to extraordinary wear and tear. For example: please do not wear a garment for 3 months and then return it for a refund). Please email us first and let us know it is coming. If the problem is our fault, we will pay the return postage to us, but you must let us know first. You can also call us on one of our international freephone numbers.

The exception to the policy is sizing in regards to Sheepskin Coats which are custom made to order.
